Et Cetera Group was founded in 1996 to assist clients in their pursuit of project management, quality management, or software engineering management. Our dedication to excellence has enabled us to serve clients in the United States and Mexico in a variety of manufacturing and organizational services. We have formed a network of professionals in a wide variety of disciplines that can offer expertise in your specific industry. Whether your company is small or large, high volume production or low volume production, manufacturing or government services, we have the knowledge, desire, and drive to help you achieve the “next level of excellence”.
Et Cetera Group uses proven tools and concepts to ensure a consistent and effective approach. For project management consulting and training services, we utilize the Project Management Body of Knowledge as defined by the Project Management Institute.
When providing consultation or training in quality management, we employ the use of the appropriate quality management standard for your industry such as ISO 9001:2000 for general production, ISO/TS 16949:2002 for automotive clients, AS9100:2002 for aerospace suppliers, and TL9000 for telecommunications suppliers.
We embrace the concepts defined by the Software Engineering Institute in the Capability Maturity Model® – Integrated for Systems Engineering / Software Engineering, Version 1.0 (CMMISM-SE/SW, V1.0) when consulting on software or system engineering capabilities.
