We apply our proprietary methodology, ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Transition Plan©, as the primary tool to guide your organization through the development and delivery process. If necessary, we supplement the ISO 9001:2000 system requirements per the automotive, aerospace, telecommunications, or environmental standards.

    Et Cetera Groups ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Transition Plan © is comprised of three primary phases:
    • Executive Mentoring
    o Et Cetera Group provides the following deliverables within the Executive Mentoring Phase:

    1. An overview of the changes that ISO 901:2000 bring to the organization.
    2.Identification of critical organizational processes.
    3.Identification and development of primary and secondary measurable quality management objectives.
    4.Guidance for the executive management team through the creation of a quality policy that supports measurable quality objectives.
    5.Examination of ISO’s 8 quality management principles and the development of an action plan to include these principles in the quality management system.
    6.A basis for the development of a detailed ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Transition Plan©.
    7.One half-day session with the executive management team.

    • Quality Management System Documentation
    o Et Cetera Group provides the following deliverables within the Quality Management System Documentation Phase:

    1. Quality manual,
    2. Procedures for critical processes
    3. Sample forms
    4. Your customized ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Transition Plan©.
    5. A walk-through and training of all deliverable materials required for adoption to comply with ISO 9001:2000.
    6. A comprehensive walk-through of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Transition Plan©.

    • Quality Management System Readiness Assessment
    o Et Cetera Group provides the following deliverables within the Quality Management System Readiness Assessment Phase:

    1. Readiness Assessment including a thorough review of all ISO 9001:2000 processes implemented per client.
    2. Identification of outstanding non-conformance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
    3. Assistance with the first management review meeting and a developed standard for ongoing review meeting minutes. This is necessary to satisfy requirements of the certification audit by an independent registrar.
    4. Internal Audit Checklist
    5. Readiness Assessment Report
    6. Management Review Meeting Minutes

    Schedule
    Total project time can run anywhere from 3 to 6 months, however a formal project schedule is provided as part of Et Cetera Group contract negotiations. This time period consists of the Executive Mentoring Session requiring approximately one week on-site, per client site, with a half-day activity involving the executive team. The Quality Management System Documentation is conducted 30 to 60 days after the Executive Mentoring session. Finally, the Quality Management System Readiness Assessment is conducted 60 to 90 days following the Quality Management System Documentation phase.
